Lisette Valverde-Connell | Partner

Lisette Valverde-Connell is an accomplished and innovative executive search professional with over twenty five years of business experience. 

Lisette’s search practice focuses on servicing clients across a wide range of industries including consumer packaged goods, industrial, finance and not-for-profit organizations. She has successfully executed searches, developed search strategies and performed research for Finance Leaders, Human Resources Leadership and Sales and Marketing Executives, as well as many management and staff functions.

Prior to joining VSG, Lisette founded and managed both a search enterprise and a professional employer organization (PEO). Although she eventually sold the PEO, the entrepreneurial experience she gained in the founder/owner roles adds greatly to her portfolio. Prior to venturing out on her own, Lisette progressed to Market Manager with Randstad N.A. via leadership roles in Recruitment, Sales, Marketing and Management.

Lisette began her career with Marriott Hotels and Resorts in New York and in 1993 moved to Chicago where she began her search career.  A native of New York, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and English Literature from The University of Michigan. Lisette currently resides in South Florida.
