Jaime Meyers | Partner

Jaime Meyers leads executive and senior level searches for the nonprofit practice of Victory Search Group. Jaime leverages her previous nonprofit experience building high-performing teams, serving in executive leadership roles, and leadership development expertise to support Victory Search Group clients.

Prior to joining Victory in 2018, Jaime worked for The Commit! Partnership, Early Matters Dallas, Children At Risk – North Texas and Houston, and United Ways of Texas. Jaime is also the Founder and serves on the Board of Directors of CCC Leadership, a four-month leadership program for women in the nonprofit and education sectors.

Jaime is a professional leadership coach and received a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University. She is also a graduate of The Power of Self and Public Voices Thought Leadership Programs.

Jaime grew up in and is based in Dallas. She received her Bachelor’s in International Relations from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
