Ann Kozel | Partner

Ann Kozel is a seasoned and experienced executive search professional. Her search practice focuses on building leadership teams across a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, healthcare products and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining VSG, Ann spent eight years with Korn/Ferry International. As a member of their emerging executive practice, Futurestep, Ann placed numerous Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Operations professionals during her tenure. In addition to search execution responsibilities, Ann led the Life Sciences Practice for four years, working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and general healthcare services clients. She was responsible for search delivery, large-scale project management and managing client relationships throughout North America.

Ann began her executive search career as an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles, focused on the recruitment of chief executive officers, chief financial officers and senior operating executives within the International Technology practice.

Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Illinois State University with international studies in Bristol, England. She currently resides in the Chicago area.
