Julie Doman | Partner

Julie Doman brings a wealth of search and industry experience to Victory Search Group. Julie’s search practice focuses primarily on companies in the consumer packaged goods and services, retail and industrial sectors and reaches across all functions. She has recently completed assignments recruiting executives in marketing, product management, sales, general management, finance and purchasing.

Julie started her search career at Heidrick & Struggles. During her tenure there, she led searches for CEOs and most other C-level executives. Julie also gained international experience working for several years in London conducting searches for clients throughout Europe. While in London, she was appointed the Industrial Practice Associate Director for Europe.

Julie also spent several years in marketing and brand management with PepsiCo working on well-known brands including Cap’n Crunch and Rice-A-Roni. She joined Victory Search Group in 2005.

A native of Indiana, she earned an MBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University. Julie currently resides in the Milwaukee area.
