Lisa Goolsby | Senior Associate

Lisa joined Victory Search Group in 2014, serving as an Senior Associate. Lisa is an AIRS Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter – a gifted researcher, both innovative and an adept assessor of talent. Prior to VSG she was a development professional at CitySquare, where during seven years she managed staff, donor relations, and special events.

An Abilene Christian University grad, Lisa resides in Abilene and is very involved in the arts community including serving on the board of Abilene Ballet Theatre.
