Lesa Engelthaler | Senior Associate

Lesa is a Senior Associate at Victory Search Group, with over 15 years assisting nonprofit organizations to recruit transformational senior leaders. She researches, develops and implements search strategies for positions ranging from chief executives to heads of fund development, finance and marketing.

Personally, Lesa is a journalist for a variety of publications, including The Dallas Morning News and Christianity Today. As a volunteer, Lesa serves nationally on two boards: INK, A Creative Collective and the Christian Community Development Association, and locally, she is a member of Moms Demand Action. 

A native Texan and current resident of Dallas, Lesa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University.
