Amy Frink | Founder

Amy founded Victory Search Group in 2003 after a successful career at Heidrick & Struggles. She is a seasoned and experienced executive search professional with an impressive track record of successfully recruiting key leaders for her clients. In addition to her work with large corporate clients and leading nonprofits, Amy established and led VSG’s private equity and Financial Function specialty practices. 

Prior to founding VSG, Amy was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles and led a team of fifteen executive search professionals. Amy and her team were responsible for recruiting emerging leaders for the firm’s portfolio of clients. Prior to ascending to the Principal level, she focused on the recruitment of chief executive officers, chief financial officers and senior operating executives as a member of the Industrial Practice.

During her search career, Amy built search practices in Chicago, San Francisco and Phoenix. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University. Amy resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
