Lesa Engelthaler

Senior Associate

Lesa Engelthaler is a Senior Associate at Victory Search Group, with over 15 years of experience assisting nonprofit organizations to recruit transformational leaders for positions ranging from chief executives to heads of fund development and finance.

Personally, Lesa is a journalist for a variety of publications, including The Dallas Morning News. Recently, Lesa published her first children’s book, Joan of Art. As a volunteer, Lesa serves on the board of All Moms and is a reading partner for We Read Together.

 A native Texan and current resident of Dallas, Lesa received her bachelor’s in biblical studies from Columbia International University.
