Jaime Meyers

Jaime Meyers leads executive and senior-level searches for the nonprofit practice of Victory Search Group and has led the practice since 2018. She partners with nonprofit boards on chief executive searches and helps nonprofit executives recruit transformational talent across programs, development, operations, human resources, finance and strategy.

Before joining Victory Search Group, Jaime spent 12 years in the nonprofit sector, where she built high-performing teams, served in executive leadership roles, and developed expertise in leadership development. This firsthand experience allows her to bring a practitioner’s perspective to every search engagement.

Jaime serves on the National Advisory Board of The Salvation Army and is the Founder and a Board Member of CCC Leadership, a four-month leadership development program for women in the nonprofit sector. Jaime is a professional leadership coach and holds a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.

Jaime is based in Dallas and brings more than two decades of nonprofit and executive search experience to her work with mission-driven organizations nationwide.
