Alexa focuses on talent research, candidate identification, and supporting executive search engagements across a range of industries and functional areas. She brings a strong analytical mindset, a people-first approach, and deep curiosity about leadership and organizational success.

Alexa’s experience spans fast-paced staffing environments and strategic corporate recruitment, complemented by five years in people analytics. Prior to joining Victory Search Group, she built her career at Northwestern Mutual and Eaton Corporation.

Throughout her career, Alexa has developed a strong ability to design thoughtful sourcing and recruitment strategies, optimize talent pipelines, and leverage data-driven insights to connect exceptional talent with business needs.

Alexa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Journalism with concentrations in Analytics, Marketing, and Digital Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA in Business Administration and Analytics from Marquette University.
