Tammy Maynard

Principal

Tammy Maynard is a principal at Victory Search Group. She leads research, candidate identification and development, project management and process improvement for our clients.

Prior to joining VSG, Tammy built a successful career with Heidrick & Struggles in a variety of roles, including Business Process Re-engineering Manager, Corporate Trainer and Project Manager. She has more than 15 years of experience in the executive search industry.

Her early career was in the travel industry, including customer service and training roles for United Airlines. A native of Iowa, Tammy currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
